Birthday Ideas

The staff at Roseland would like to make your party one of the easiest to prepare for. Keeping simplicity in mind, we suggest you bring cupcakes for your party…..this way you do not need a knife, plates or forks are optional and all you really need is extra napkins. Below are some websites that we hope will make your planning efforts a little easier…

Present ideas:
GIFT EXCHANGE: One of our customers presented us with a neat idea for children whose birthday’s are close to Christmas etc. where they don’t want tons of presents for the birthday child. They had been to one where participants each brought a book and names were drawn like a Secret Santa. That way everyone went home with something. You could do books, small glamour girl bags etc. the possibilities are endless.

Food ideas:
These websites have cupcake designs, cake themes and even ice cream cakes that you can adjust to be peanut free for allergies.   If you are making your own the ideas from these websites can make anyone look like a professional!

Loot bag ideas:

Every party is different, and not everyone has the time to shop for all the small items that go into loot bags or are looking for something different. Here are just a few ideas to make your life a little easier if you are one of these busy people…

Buy gift cards from your local video store or book store. You can also purchase gift cards from Roseland Bowl and load 1 free game onto each card for a future visit. If this doesn’t seem like a lot add a peanut free chocolate bar with it such as Aero or Smarties.

One of our birthday party mom’s recycled bowling trophies and made one up for each child that attended the party.
